MJ brings a unique blend of communications, talent acquisition, and management experience to our association. As a general manager and morning drive-time host for a non-profit FM network, MJ was awarded two Golden Mic Awards from a well-respected industry publication. After cutting her professional teeth in radio broadcasting and management, MJ transitioned her career into corporate industrial construction, where she identified and signed new talent for an ever-growing company. During her eight-year tenure, she signed and negotiated hundreds of new hires and was instrumental in establishing four Maryland state approved apprenticeship programs for the company. She now hopes to lend her skills and passion to the Historic Highlands Association of Realtors. MJ and her husband, Bart, make their home in Frostburg, Maryland.
